Why are my steps showing as 0?

Make sure you've granted Just Walk permission to access Apple Health. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Just Walk and enable all permissions. Then reopen the app.

How do shields work?

Shields automatically protect your streak on days you don't reach your goal. Free users start with 2 shields. Pro users get 4 shields per month and can bank up to 8.

Why can't I start Fat Burn Zone?

Fat Burn Zone requires an Apple Watch to monitor your heart rate in real-time. Make sure your Apple Watch is paired and the Just Walk watch app is installed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Just Walk → Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Just Walk, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your health data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why did my streak reset?

Your streak resets if you miss your step goal on a day when you don't have any shields available. Pro users can bank up to 8 shields for extra protection.

Can I change my daily step goal?

Yes! Go to Settings in the app and tap on your step goal to adjust it. We recommend starting with a goal you can hit most days.
